Shipping

I ship my paintings to most countries worldwide and if you reside in London (UK) am happy to arrange a day that would work for both of us to pick up from my studio in Central London or to drop to your place (to be agreed on case-by-case basis).

Local Pickup

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and is usually ready for pickup within 2-4 business days. I will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable day along with pickup instructions.

Processing Times

Artworks bought online are shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing an order. In case of delays of any cause, I will get in touch with you. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your shipment.

Shipping Costs

Most artwork on the website has an estimated shipping cost included at the checkout - each based on the size and weight of the work and of course your location. Usually if there are any increase in a shipping costs, these are covered by me however if the actual cost is far in excess of the quoted amount, I will get in touch with you to discuss. You will have then the choice to pay the additional shipping costs, or to cancel the order and get a full refund. If payment is not received for delivery within 7 days following your acceptance, I reserve the right to cancel the order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to additional import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The level of tax depends on each country’s trading relationship with the UK, more information can be provided by your local postal service or local government website, please check the rules in your country before placing an order. Typically, artworks have a very low rate of tax but this varies from country to country.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges. I can’t predict and have no control over these charges and am not responsible for any fees charged by Customs or the carrier.

The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. Delays due to orders being held in customs might happen and are also out of my control. If your tracking information shows your package is stuck in Customs and you have not been notified, please contact your Customs office to inquire on the parcel. Unfortunately, purchases cannot be returned or refunded on the basis of unexpected customs charges.

Estimated Delivery Times

For UK deliveries allow 7 working days, for international deliveries – up to 2-4 weeks from a shipping date (dependent on destination). If you require your purchase in a shorter time frame, please contact me directly about express courier shipping options.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order or a note from customs that the order is received there within the estimated timeframes noted above of receiving your tracking number, please contact me at spuidokaite@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Packaging

Each item is wrapped safely and securely. It is the buyers responsibility to check all items immediately upon receiving. If your order was received damaged in transit please email me with a description and supporting photographs at spuidokaite@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving goods.
